At Bagatelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bagatelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
